Ingredients
Potatoes 500 grams(boiled and mashed)
Chicken 500 grams(boiled and shredded)
Spring onions 2 stalks
Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
Green Chillies 2-3 finely chopped
Salt 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Coating
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Egg 1
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Black pepper powder a pinch
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Method:
Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. Add shredded chicken, cheese, lemon juice, green chillies, spring onions and mix well. Add salt, red chilli flakes, ground black pepper and cumin seeds. Mix it all once again and shape them as you like.
Now add milk, salt, black pepper and oregano to one egg and beat well. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Carefully dip the cutlets first into the egg mixture and then in the crumbs. You can repeat the procedure for thick crumb coating. Place them in the freezer for half an hour for their shape to set. Take out and shallow fry the cutlets and serve them piping hot with honey mustard dip or plain ketchup. Enjoy!
